It’s a tennis dream. There is nothing like being in Rome in May, and The Italian Open is a magical tennis tournament. We’ve put together a series of dinners and practices revolving around the first three day sessions at The Italian Open.
The official hotel is The Villa Glori, perfectly located in the fascinating Flaminio district. Your package includes 5 nights at the hotel, May 6-11.
The dinners are at three storied restaurants. The splashy hotspot on the Piazza De Ricci, Pierluigi, the restaurant that Roger Federer made famous and serves as a de facto players lounge, Taverna Trilussa, and the celebrity hotspot in Trastevere famous for their cacio y pepe Antica Pesa. The menus are fixed, we’ll play all the hits and will include one cocktail, beer, and wine, of course. .
The tennis practices are at three of the nicest clubs in Rome, on Terra Rossa, the red clay. The sessions run 90 minutes, you will hit a lot of balls on multiple courts with dedicated pros running you thru a variety of drills, games, and point play.
